A test plan is the set of test cases an email must pass — “logo renders”, “reset link works”, “sender name is correct”. It turns “looks fine to me” into a checklist anyone on the team can run the same way.
- Open a claimed inbox.
- Add test cases as you go, or apply a saved plan to reuse the same checklist across inboxes.
- Each case is something you will mark pass or issue once the email arrives.
Save a plan once and apply it to every inbox in a cohort — the same email gets checked the same way by everyone, instead of each person eyeballing their own.
