See what members see, and present without exposing everything.

View as a member

Admins can step into any member’s shoes to see exactly what they see — useful for support and for spotting gaps. In Members, click the eye next to a person; you become them until you click Exit in the banner. Everything you do while viewing-as is recorded in the Activity log, attributed to you.

Screenshare mode

Before a screen-share or demo, Screenshare mode shows only the inbox groups you choose — every other group, plus the workspace switcher, is hidden until you exit. Find it in the workspace menu.
