Verifying starts with a claim. Claiming an inbox attaches your name to it, so teammates can see it is being handled and no one doubles up on the same email.
- Select an inbox in the rail.
- Claim it — your name attaches to the row.
- Teammates now see it is yours, and every verdict you cast is attributed to you.
Presence rides along: teammates appear on the row they are working, so you can see who is on what at a glance without asking.
A claim is a signal, not a lock. Anyone can still help on a claimed inbox — the name just keeps a busy workspace from checking the same email twice.
